In 2026 Mike Derks uses his Schecter Balsac Blue Jaw signature with blue Fishman Fluence pickups and a purple Schecter PT Custom. In 2009 he was seen with a custom ESP EX with EMG 85 and 81 pickups.

What amp does Gwar use?

The band plays cab-free. In 2026 Grodius Maximus uses a Kemper holding a model of his Orange Dual Dark 100, Balsac uses a Fractal Axe-Fx III, and Beefcake uses a Darkglass Alpha Omega Ultra.
