Mike Dawes has said they play a signature CWG 23 Indian Rose acoustic made by German luthier Andreas Cuntz since 2016, plus a Cuntz koa model with banjo tuners. A Tom Anderson electric, a gift from Justin Hayward, appeared in a 2019 Rig Rundown.

Mike Dawes has said they use D'Addario Nickel Bronze strings on the signature acoustic. Premier Guitar also showed D'Addario NYXL sets on the Tom Anderson electric.
