He has been seen playing custom fully hollow guitars built by Paul Languedoc, the former Phish soundman. His 2021 rig tour showed a 2020 Languedoc with Seymour Duncan humbuckers and coil taps, and his tech later said all his guitars got ReWind Electric pickups.

What amp does Trey Anastasio use?

His 2021 rig tour showed a Trainwreck Express built by Ken Fischer. In 2024 his tech said Amp 1 is a Trainwreck Express named Shinobu, Amp 2 is a purple Komet 60 and the third output feeds a Leslie G37.
