About Ghost's gear.

What guitars did Ghost use on Impera?

The rhythm tracks used Tobias Forge's own early '80s Gibson Explorer, '78 Fender Strat with a maple neck, early '80s Gibson Flying V and a black Les Paul. Guest lead player Fredrik Åkesson added his PRS Custom 24, a 1970s Strat and a 1977 Black Beauty Les Paul.

What is the Hagstrom Fantomen?

A $799 solidbody born from a collaboration between Hagstrom and Ghost, with a mahogany body that nods to the Gibson RD Artist, a mahogany set neck, a Resonator Wood fretboard and passive Lundgren humbuckers that split via push-pull tone pots.

Does Tobias Forge play lead guitar in Ghost?

He has said lead guitar is the one thing he can't do well, which is why Opeth's Fredrik Åkesson played the leads, and in the end all the rhythms and acoustics, on Impera.
